LEARN OUR STORY

30 years ago there was a little girl who spent her evenings and weekends watching and learning as her beautiful mother made dreams come true with magical events and kosher food that pushed boundaries.

It was 1993 in the cold north of England and there lived a lady who would soon become a successful kosher caterer. She would create weddings and bar mitzvahs on a scale that had never been seen before in these parts of the world. This was my mum and I was that little girl who learnt the trade from a young age watching and helping until becoming her apprentice.

30 years ago there was a little girl who spent her evenings and weekends watching and learning as her beautiful mother made dreams come true with magical events and kosher food that pushed boundaries.

My Sundays were spent running events, loading vans and setting tables. We would design menus, create table centres and work through the night to make the dreams of brides and grooms come true.

Fast forward 30 years and I am now the proud owner of Penashe Catering, putting all I learnt into practice and developing a well known and loved company providing exciting and innovative events to the kosher market at an affordable price.

 

My Sundays were spent running events, loading vans and setting tables. We would design menus, create table centres and work through the night to make the dreams of brides and grooms come true.

Fast forward 30 years and I am now the proud owner of Penashe Catering, putting all I learnt into practice and developing a well known and loved company providing exciting and innovative events to the kosher market at an affordable price.

Penashe began as popular street food business offering pop up food stands, we now offer a wide range of catering options to include bowl food, canape receptions, sit down family style sharing events and of course our ever-popular street food stations!

We have to date fed over 30,000 guests and always stay true to the Penashe concept of high quality, affordable, delicious, innovative food, Under the Supervision of London Beth Din.

And at the heart of what we do there is ALWAYS a smile. But don’t just listen to us…. Hear what the clients have to say here!
